MEET ROBYN ISHERWOOD
FOUNDER & CEO OF ENCORE LIFESTYLE

Robyn Isherwood, founder and CEO of Encore Lifestyle, has a rare talent for making miracles happen. She is an unrivalled creator of amazing experiences who has been a key player in some of the most memorable global events of the decade.
​
With more than 15 years experience, she cut her teeth at many of the most highly regarded events companies in London’s luxury events industry, including The Admirable Crichton, GSP & Lillingston, travelling the globe planning prestigious events in locations such as St Tropez, Ibiza, Puglia, Cannes, Tuscany, Florence, Hong Kong and Phoenix.
Following her role as Head of Luxury events, Robyn was an architect in launching and developing the luxury lifestyle concierge company and became director of Lifestyle by Lillingston and led it to successful growth, built on her insight into her clients’ needs.
In 2019, Robyn launched her own luxury events company, RJI Consultancy, transferring her skills across a range of consultancy projects, private events and lifestyle concierge. However, after the pandemic forced events and weddings to be postponed, she had to pivot her business.
At the time, whilst consulting for the luxury weddings at Gisburne Park Estate and with the wedding venue facing a summer of no revenue, Robyn developed the concept for the UK’s first socially distanced festival. Gisburne Park Pop Up achieved global acclaim for its innovative and ambitious response to the lock down. Taking place for twelve weeks over summer with DJs, live entertainment, an open-air cinema and boutique glamping.
Taking the socially distanced concept to the South, just before the world reopened, another hugely successful second summer as The Estate festival was executed.
In 2021, the borders opened, parties were once again allowed and Encore Lifestyle was born.

Fresh out of university, Ema's vibrant energy and social media savviness inject new life into our approach to lifestyle management. With her keen eye for detail and a natural flair for organization, she plays a pivotal role in supporting our diverse range of events, curated travel expeditions, and personalized concierge services.
Ema's dedication goes beyond her role in event coordination; she also keeps the office running seamlessly, ensuring that every aspect of our operations is finely tuned. Her passion for creating memorable experiences, coupled with her strong work ethic, makes Ema a valuable asset to the Encore Lifestyle family.
