AET’s Day of Celebration: British Tradition, Elevated.
AET approached Encore Lifestyle with a clear brief, plan and manage a memorable client appreciation day, with strong emphasis on tradition, exclusivity and exceptional service. Our team immediately got to work crafting a concept that celebrated both AET and the venue, whilst ensuring the event was truly elevated.
The Holland & Holland Shooting Grounds provided the perfect backdrop, steeped in British history and known for delivering world class clay shooting experience and five star hospitality, it was an ideal match for AET’s vision.
A Picture Perfect Start
As guests arrived, they were greeted on the terrace of the main venue at Holland & Holland. The atmosphere was relaxed yet refined, as our front of house and Encore Lifestyle event’s team made sure every detail was taken care of, with breakfast refreshments served before the day of shooting began.
To bring the scene to life, we partnered with the talented team at Wild About, who transformed the outdoor space with elegant floral arrangements. Their British garden inspired blooms offered a soft, yet luxurious aesthetic that perfectly complimented the surrounding countryside.
The Main Event: Shooting in Style
The heart of the day was, of course, the team shooting event. A unique and engaging way for guests to bond while enjoying a traditional British pastime. The professional instructors on hand at Holland & Holland ensured that each team had a truly memorable experience. This was not just an activity, it was a curated experience.
This was also not just a shoot, it was a team competition, with AET offering their loyal clients some truly memorable prizes. The heart of the day, was a celebration of AET, but at the core of this is their stakeholders; Encore Lifestyle ensured that this goal was never overlooked.
The Grand Finale: Prizes, Gratitude & Celebration
As the shooting drew to a close, guests gathered in the main venue for the much anticipated after shoot drinks and food. Guests could enjoy curated food selections, from freshly made sushi to paella, as well as a bespoke BBQ area to enjoy the British summertime. Accompanying all of this, was the exceptional DJ Tony Perry, who brought the event to life, providing music to match the event and surroundings.
Post lunch, guests surrounded the custom build prize podium, the top performing teams were honoured in style, with exceptional prizes, personally gifted by AET’S CEO. It was a heart felt moment of recognition, the perfect ending to a day build on appreciation and excellence.
